Product Description
Manual operation(A-200)
Pretreatment:500μL(Extraction Reagent I) + 4μL(Magnetic Beads Solution) + 15μL( Proteinase K), mix into [Working Solution].
Lysate:500μL [Working Solution] + 200μL sample, mix well, lyse at 55°C for 4 min, absorbed by magnetic separator for 1 min, and discard the
supernatant.
Rinsing: add 600μL [Isolation Reagent II], mix well, absorbed by magnetic separator for 1min, and discard the supernatant.
Elution:add 50~100μL [Elution Buffer], elute at 80°C for 2 min, absorbed by magnetic separator for 30s, reserve the supernatant.
Efficient isolation, reliable performance
Figure 3-1 Amplification Curve of HBV Reference Material (10 IU/mL) 200 μL 10 IU/mL diluted HBV reference material from WHO (NIBSC code: 10/264) was isolated by the kit to get 50 μL analyte. The analytewas detected by HBV diagnosis kit 10 times. Positive rate is 100%, as shown in Figure 3-1

200 μL 25 IU/mL diluted HCV reference material (5th WHO International Standard for HCV NAT, NIBSC code: 14/150) was isolated bythe kit to get 50 μL analyte. The analyte was detected by HBV diagnosis kit 10 times. Positive rate is 100%, as shown in Figure 3-2
The DNA Pseudoviridae with a concentration of 5×108IU/mLwas diluted with negative serum to 5×107IU/mL, 5×106IU/mL,5×105IU/mL, 5×104IU/mL, 5×103IU/mL, 5×102IU/mL and 50IU/mL .
They were determined after isolation. The results were shown in Figure 3-3
The RNA Pseudoviridae with a concentration of 5×107
IU/mL was diluted with negative serum to 5×106IU/mL, 5×105IU/mL, 5×104IU/mL,5×103IU/mL, 5×102IU/mL. They were determined after isolation. The results were shown in Figure 3-4
